We have recently been focussing closely on the manufacture of precision components and high-precision tools :
In particular, with respect to hard milling of high-alloyed tool steels (to 62 HRC), the highest demands are made on the machine tool, cutting tools and process technology.
According to the machining task, we reach tolerances <0,02 mm without final grinding. Even quite geometric complex parts can be produced with such precision applying 3-5-axis milling.
